Steve Rosen

Steve Rosen serves as California and Nevada Counsel for Turnbull, Moak, & Pendergrass.  Mr. Rosen has nearly two decades of experience in litigating and trying personal injury and complex litigation matters in these states.  

Steve began his career working for nearly 8 years as a defense counselor for large companies defending against personal injury lawsuits. During that time, Mr. Rosen saw the enormous impact injuries had on victims and their families. Steve also saw what kind of lawyers that earned the biggest settlements for their clients. Time and time again, the counsel that seemed to have a close relationship with their clients and truly understood the intricacies of their claim were able to more aggressively pursue larger payouts. 

Since leaving the defense and starting his own practice over 10 years ago, Steve has dedicated personal attention to each and every case that comes to his desk. Steve works collaboratively with his team on all cases to come up with creative solutions to problems. He also makes himself readily available to meet with his clients whenever they need him. As a result, they feel more confident in their cases, and Steve is able to better discern the true value of each case.

In addition to his active law practice, Steve is a published writer and speaker.  He loves educating other practicing and future lawyers about our craft. To that end, Steve teaches civil litigation, dispute resolution, and ethical practice as a part-time law school professor.
