In an industrial accident/toxic exposure case, Alan Holcomb and Jake Plattenberger of TorHoerman Law, LLC successfully represented a former flavoring industry worker in a bellwether trial in Warren County, Ohio.

The jury made findings of intentional wrongdoing and then awarded compensatory and punitive damages in the amount of $4.4 million, and ordered the company to pay the worker’s attorneys’ fees. A great result in a VERY difficult venue.
