TMP Master Class - Personal Injury Litigation

Doug Dellaccio

Doug began his legal career at a well-respected litigation firm with a broad practice and a strong commitment to representing those without access to legal counsel. Over the years, he developed expansive knowledge across multiple areas of law, giving him a nuanced understanding of the legal system and the perspective needed to effectively advocate for his clients.

For more than 25 years, Doug has focused his practice on representing individuals whose lives have been profoundly affected by circumstances beyond their control. His experience spans a wide range of case types, including defective medical device litigation, automobile and commercial trucking collisions, premises liability and products liability. Throughout his career, he has helped countless individuals level the playing field against insurance companies, businesses, and corporations.

Doug takes an immersive approach to the practice of law, which has led to extensive engagement in the broader legal community. He has been involved in nationwide antitrust litigation, national mass tort litigation, and complex data breach cases.

A proud Birmingham native, Doug earned both his undergraduate and law degrees in the state he calls home. His Alabama roots and humble beginnings inform his deep sense of community and his genuine empathy for the clients he serves. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Alabama Civil Justice Foundation and the Alabama Association for Justice.

Doug resides in Vestavia with his family.
